Wednesday 8/19
Day-3 Well got home ready to do back and legs and totally forgot I had a prior engagement So no workout, but I was able to get 4 miles in today and man it's still humid as HELL out! Tomorrow will be back and legs. Notes:Currently running 50mg's. Mood:Good. Strength:OK. Libido:Great. Recovery:NA. Aggression:NA.

Thursday 8/20 Day-4 Thighs, Hamstrings, Abs Thighs and Hamstrings: Superset Leg Extensions 75x12 100x12x2 Squats 135x10 185x10 205x8 Superset Lying Leg Curls 50x15 60x12 70x10 Calf Raises 205x15x3 Superset Stiff Legged Dead-lifts 155x20x3 DB Lunges 20'sx15x3 Superset AB's Crunches 20x3 sets Lying Leg Raises into Pulse Ups 20x3 sets Today was good, great workout. I'm trying something a bit different and supersetting everything. Insane pump and tightness, felt good. Decided to go ahead and bump it up to 75mg's on the H-Drol today. No sides and nothing major to report today. Notes:Currently running 75mg's of H-Drol. Mood:Good. Strength:OK. Libido:Great. Recovery:Good. Aggression:A little, nothing major.
