Still sick as a dog so i have a lot of time to think things over. Maybe thats good, or maybe not.
Im absolutely chomping at the bit to get this started! This damn flu is really pissing me off!Setting some short and long term goals for muscle and strength. This is the first time i have done anything like this since i returned to working out again a couple years ago. Im hoping this will encourage me to take it more serious and progress rather than just do it for fun. Current Goals: Bulk from 140-160lbs Squat 200lbs Deadlift 200lbs Bench 200lbs Im thinking of doing 2 strength workouts and 2 conditionig workouts each week to start. Im dealing with recovery issues right now cuz of my health problems, plus my job is pretty physical, so im starting with that and ill see how it works out and possibly adjust it as i go. Ill be doing core and forearms either after my strength workouts or as part of my conditioning workouts.

Strength Workout A Squats 95x5 105x5 115x5 Bench Press 110x5 120x5 130x5 Barbell Rows 95x5 105x5 125x5 Calf Raise 95x10 115x10 130x10 Barbell Curls 65x5 65x5 65x5 Workout Grade: C Still not completely over the flu, and im ridic weak from the last 4 months, but considering that, i gave a good effort and feel pretty good afterwards. Im really surprised at how weak i am, but theres no where but up from here! Gonna take a while to get to where i want to be. One step at a time! Feels good to have a workout posted in here. ![]() 2.)
