I have a touch of the flu, but i will be doing my first workout soon. It will either be tonight, tomorrow or sunday. Still tweaking the routine a bit.

Welcome man and workout plan looks good. Sorry to hear about your mysterious condition but we have a saying here at MAB and its that squats cures about everything so just get under that bar, even when you dont want to and you will be ok! =)

I was looking and my routine and i think A will be a bit much with squats, bench and deads so i tweaked it a bit and heres what ive settled on.

Workout A
3×5 Squat
3×5 Bench Press
3×5 Barbell Rows
3×10 Calf Raise
3×20 Sit Ups

Workout B
3×5 Squat
3×5 Military Press
1×5 Deadlift
3×8 Dips
3×8 Chin Ups

To be done every 2 or 3 days depending on recovery abilities.

Heres what i ate today:

1.)
All Bran flakes
milk
whey powder
blueberries
almonds
dark chocolate

2.)
yogurt
almonds
dark chocolate

3.)
chicken sandwich
almonds
spinach salad w/carrots, peppers, broccoli

4.)
apple
whey powder

5.)
pizza
spinach
dark chocolate
green tea w/honey

6.)
french toast
banana

Yes im addicted to the dark chocolate. :s

Thanks guys. Ive had the flu for a few days and thought it was gone, but its not. I called in sick and have tomorrow off so im hoping that will help. Gonna relax with my gf and stuff my face.
