Chest dip: Bodyweightx12 (rest pause on last two sets and 4 singles)
Reverse grip bench press (to the clavicle): 115x12 Squats: 225x12 Front squat: 100x12 DB overhead press: 45'sx12 DB upright row: 20'sx12 BB calf raise: 135x12 BB seated calf raise: 50x20 Tricep dip: Bodyweightx12 (used rest pause and single reps on last two sets) Close grip bench press (reverse grip): 100x12 Wanted to vomit after workout. Thanks for the props. They run around 60-70 minutes, depends how quick I can load and unload barbells and navigate through the mess the losers that were there before me left. How hard is it to put weights and equipment away, and why the f*** am I tripping over a bosu balance board around the Olympic Lifting platform and the power rack?
