Chest BB Bench 135x12 225x10 245x5 250x5 255x5 225x8+4 with a spot Rest- 2 to 3 minutes inbetween sets BB Incline 155x10 135x10 135x8--10 115x10 Rest- 45-60 seconds inbetween sets, my strength really goes down with shorter rest times. Back Deadlifts 135x12 225x10 315x5 345x5 365x5 385x5 WGPU BWx8 BWx6--4 BWx4--6 BWx3--7 DB Rows 95x12 95x10 45x15--Really slow/controlled and held 35x20--Really slow/controlled and held Biceps Straight Bar Curls 60x12 60x12 60x10 60x8 --30-45 second breaks Seated Alt. Arm Curls Dropset 25x12 15x10 Dropset 15x12 10x12 Notes: Deadlifts felt great today. Lower back is shot. Pullups are a lot harder when you go slow and concentrate Took 2 rezolution pills and about half a scoop of K-Otic before. Good energy.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Great fun lifting session, broke 2 pairs of straps by lifting heavy a$$ weight and at half a chicken. Deadlifts Watched 2 beasts pull 585, my back wouldnt handle another day of deadlifts. Leg Press Got up to 1000lbs before I started to call quits, me and my short legs had a disadvantage of unracking it and I played it safe. Shurgs 6-7 pps before our straps started to just snap off. |
