Back Deadlift 135x15 225x8 295x2(no straps, huge jump from last week..)--3 345x5 355x5 360x5 WGPU (perfect form now, no swinging to get myself up, and slower) BWx6--4 BWx5--5 BWx4--6 BWx3--7 Barbell Rows 115x20 115x16--4 95x20 Lat Pull Down 75x20 - slow and held at the bottom for each. Notes: Good workout, preworkout cardio really woke me up and got me going. The more I went up on deadlifts, the easier it seemed to get today. Pretty good day, lowerback is sore already. Cardio: Earlier in the day, 15 minute HIIT Preworkout, 5 minute HIIT 10 minute MIT Postworkout, 12 minute LIT |

Ahh no. Ive thought about getting tattoos several time, but great advice my dad has given me was to do what I want but if I want it, wait a few months and think about it then if you still do go for it. Things last forever and some look dumb when you get older.

Legs Squat 45x15 135x12 225x8 315x7 355x5 365x5 365x5 ---I stopped, lowerback was DEAD after that. No leg presses today, didnt feel confident enough to try and push myself, so I played it safe. Leg Extensions Dropsets 200x12--70x10(really slow, held at top)--40x10(same) 200x9--70x10--40x10(both same as above) |
