Thanks Steve some of the weights still feel light but I'm trying to be patient and slowly progress into the routine.

Thanks for all the support guys. I agree with what Carl said last week. I thought there wouldn't be enough chest work in this routine but my chest is absolutely smoked after those dip sets. I'm loving this routine.

Whole upper body is feeling really sore today. This Reeves classic looks easy on paper but I can't remember the last time I felt this sore.

You have answered your own concerns as did I, the routine looks east, the volume looks barely enough and you would think the chest wont get touched, but I have never done a program that gives me such an 'all over pump' before.... It officially rocks

I love it! Its only been 2 workouts but I with all the adding and upping weights I could see this not getting stale quick either.
