DAY 1 REEVES CLASSIC SQUATS 135 X 8 135 X 8 135 X 8 BB ROWS 125 X 8 125 X 8 125 X 8 OHP 95 X 8 95 X 8 95 X 8 BENCH 135 X 8 135 X 8 135 X 8 BB CURL 75 X 8 75 X 8 75 X 8 DIPS BW X 8 BW X 8 BW X 6 * MESSED UP HERE AND FORGOT TO WRITE 5 SETS INSTEAD OF 3 BB CALF RAISE 225 X 8 225 X 8 225 X 8 ABS HANGING LEG RAISES SS WITH INCLINE SITUPS TOTAL TIME: 55 MINUTES weight felt light today. Dips are serious though felt a nice burn across the chest. I could see this being a really tough workout once the reps and weight start progressing. I loved every minute of it today. It was a blast!!!! |

![]() Great start Tim. Don't worry about the dips. I pulled back to 3 sets for a few weeks to build reps a little better. You could just keep doing 3 sets until your getting 3x10, and then add the other two sets in. ![]() ![]()

I felt really tired on the 3 set and couldn't even hit 8. Overall the workout was the funnest time I've had in awhile lifting.

I rock the time but you rock the heavy ass weight. I wore my heart rate monitor and kept a close eye on the time between sets. This is my first time doing it and I was aiming for 50-55 minutes so I came in right where I wanted to. As time goes by and reps get higher and weight increases I could see this taking a bit more time but my goal is to always keep it between 45-60 minutes.
