Recumbent Bike- 5mins Deadlifts- Conv 135x3 225x3 315x1 365x1(Briefs) 405x1(Briefs, Belt) 425x1(Briefs, Belt) 455x1(Max DL suit/straps up, Briefs, Belt) 475x1(Max DL suit/straps up, Briefs, Belt) this is the most I've been able to pull in awhile Stiff-Legged DL's 275x5 295x5 315x5 135x2x10, just doing some rep work Wide-Grip Pulldowns 100x12 120x12 140x12 Hammer-Low Rows(weight on each side) 70x12 80x12 90x12 45x2x15(one-armed) DB Shrugs 55x2x20 Ez-Bar Curls 65x3x12 One-Arm Concentration Curls 20x3x12 each arm some grip work with my heavy grippers (Good workout today. Deadlifts felt really good, I'm glad I went with a conventional stance. Also congrats to one of my training partners for getting his first 405lbs bench tonight, great job Phil!!)

Thursday 5/19/11 Legs/Back(WK 4, deload)
Speed Squats 140 vs Green average bands 5 sets of 3 Seated Leg Curls 60x3x12 1-Legged Leg Extensions 40x3x12 each leg Seated Calf Raises(1 legged) 50x3x20 Lower Back Machine 75x2x10 Med-Grip Pulldowns 100x3x12 Seated DB Shrugs 35x2x15 Ab Bench 25x2x20 (That was it, everything was really light just kinda trying to get a pump in the muscles.)

Friday 5/20/11 Chest, Shoulders, Arms(WK 4, deload)
Chaos Bench 115x3x5 155x2x5 Pec-Dec Chest Flyes 60x2x20 Face Pulls 80x2x12 Machine Side Raises 60x2x12 Machine Dips 90x3x12 120x2x12 these really pumped my Tri's DB Curls 10x12 15x12 20x12 (That was it, another light deload workout. Just something to pump the muscles.)

Monday 5/23/11 Squats(WK 5)
Didn't get to do my cardio warm up, training partners were already warming up on squats Box Squats(legal depth) 45x10 135x5 225x3 275x2 315x1(Belt) 405x5(Briefs, Belt) 455x2(Briefs, Belt) 475x2(Briefs, Belt) 500x1(Briefs, Belt, Knee Wraps) 405x5(Briefs, Belt) SSB Good Mornings 100x3x10 went light on these because my lower back and hips are out 1-Legged Leg Press(plates on each side) 1PLx15 2PLx15 3PLx15 4PLx10 each leg Multi-Hip Machine 60x2x12(both to the front and back) Seated Calf Raises 90x3x20 Decline Sit-Ups(w/25lbs plate) 3 sets of 12 Side Band Crunches(w/green band) 2 sets of 15 (Had a pretty good workout today. The rep work off of the box was a nice change of pace, even though all of it felt kinda heavy lol.)
