Box Squats barx8 135x5 added briefs 185x3 225x3 275x1 added suit straps down 315x1 straps up plus velcro belt 365x1 425x1- did not get all the way down, felt like the suit was not set right 435x1(PR) 225x7 That was it for today. Everything felt pretty good other than I don't believe I had the suit and briefs set right but will fix that next time. Also Not sure If I have mentioned this but the suit I use is 3 sizes bigger than what I would use and same with briefs. But wearing them is allowing me to get a feeling for gear and getting use to the heavier weight. Can't wait to move some serious weight in a suit that is my size. |

Friday: Upper Body
Bench Press: barx10 95x8 135x5 185x3 Changed bar 135x5 185x1 225x1 Put on RageX 3 Board 275x1 ( shirt was not set right, did not feel good) 2 board 315x1 ( Felt better, still needed to fix a few kinks) 1 Board 335x1( Felt alot better) No Boards, to the chest =) 350x0 forgot to wrap my wrist, I touched but got half way up and my wrist bent to far back. 355x1 PR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Felt Awesome!!!! incline bench : barx20 dumbell curl: 20x2x10 flat dumbell fly: 20x10 Flat dumbell bench: 20's x 20 As you can see the last part was just to loosen up and get some blood pumping. Then went and murderd some food!!!! |
