Thursday: Raw Bench
Warmups work sets: 3 board 280x3 285x3 2 board then did a rep and switched to one board 300x2 Medium Grip 4 board: 275x8 315x7 Smith Machine JM's: 135x2x10 Plate Front Raise: 25x2x15 band Rear delt: 2x12 barbell rows off bench: 185x3x5 Good session tonight. Still learning alot about my bench form, hopefully with more work I can go from the 7 inch to the 5 inch bench

Squats: Box Squats Warmups added loose brief plus loose suit straps down 290x8x2 315x2 Speed deads: 225x1 265x8x1 315x1 365x1 Reverse Hypers: 45x12 115x12 185x12 Dumbell side bends: 30x12 45x12 50x12 Calfs: not sure what weight lol 1x12 1x20 Ab machine: 3x12 Really good speed day. Everything felt fast and smooth.

Yea man, that means on the next speed session you gotta do 20 sets on squats and 20 sets on deads to make up for the missed workout.
