Thursday: ME UPPER
Flat Bench: barx10 95x2x3 135x3 185x3 225x1 275x1 added 2 board 320x1 340x1 PR 350x0 Flared way to early one board 325x0 got about half way up but once again flared too early and came back over my neck. Need more time with the new technique to get dialed in. Pulldowns: 85x6 100x6 115x6 3-way shoulder raises 3x12 front,side, rear That was it for tonight. I did get a PR but was a little disapointed that i didn't get more.

congrats on the PR! that's a nice number. I think I know what you mean here, but can you explain what you do when flaring? you mean the elbows?

Yea man, I have a bad problem with flaring my elbows too early. I just recently started using a new technique that has me touching a good bit lower on the bench, and with my arch if done right I pretty much turn my flat into a complete decline lol. Only problem is when I get up to a certain weight my body naturally wants to go back to the old tech which is throwing the weight back in a J groove instead more of a straight line. Just gonna take time and technique.
