Yea man, I have a bad problem with flaring my elbows too early. I just recently started using a new technique that has me touching a good bit lower on the bench, and with my arch if done right I pretty much turn my flat into a complete decline lol. Only problem is when I get up to a certain weight my body naturally wants to go back to the old tech which is throwing the weight back in a J groove instead more of a straight line. Just gonna take time and technique.

congrats on the PR. I also have problems with my bench technique. my problem is i dont wait long enough in my descent and let the shirt stretch and actually work. i pull it down and then everything goes to crap lol. but i am learning to be patient and let the weight settle and let the shirt work. i really wish i had your arch then i would be good to go lol!!

I still got alot to learn in my shirt as well bro. Actually now that I really think about it both my raw and shirted need alot of work lol. I think I'm like you in my shirt, I'm always in a hurry to get the weight down to touch hehe.
