Friday: First time in the RageX
Put on shirt= 10 minutes lol 4 Board: (225) could not get it there lol 4 Board: (275) x1 4 Board: (275) x3 4 Board: (300) x3 3 Board: (300) x0 could not touch 4 Board: (300) x1 All I have to say is Equipped Benching is a totally different world. Gonna have to work this like there is no tomorrow. Thankfully I have muscle G to show the way of the dark side lol. Side note- My Triceps are torn up!!! |

Monday : Will not be in the gym for the rest of the week, so decided to go ahead and do some more shirt work.
Bench: barx10 95x84 135x5 185x3 225x1 added RageX and 4 Board 275x1 3 Board 315x1 2 Board 335x1 (PR) 350x1 (PR) 365x1 (PR!!) 315x3 Flat Dumbell bench: 40x10 Medium Grip Incline Press: 115x3x10 Plate Raises: 25's in each hand 3x10 Was Spent lol. Tonight was a awesome night, and I can't wait to see what I end up getting with the shirt next week. |
