Tuesday: ME LOWER
High Box squat: barx10 135x5 225x3 added bands 315x5 405x3 added briefs + lever belt 495x2 585x1 moved out a plate for para squat 600x0 total bomb LOL ( did some miss cacluating and figured out I went 100 pounds over what I did last time with a reverse band box squat lol. 405x1 455x1 505x1 PR Short on time so that was it for tonight. Two PR's under my belt __________________ |

Monday: Low end chest
Paused Floor Press: barx10 95x5 135x5 work sets: 185x3 190x3 195x3 200x3 axle bar incline: barx5 125x5 145x5 145x5 Incline Cable Crossover: all sets at different levels 40x4x8 Face pulls: 40x20 50x20 60x20 dumbell side rasies: 8x2x12 Awesome workout tonight. Gonna go for a a 4 day split that uses to bench days. One for lower end work and the other for upper end. Hopefully I can see some good results after running this for awhile. Also, paused floor press is a humbling exercise lol. |

barx10 95x8 135x5 185x3 225x1 added velcro belt plus loose powerpant brief for hips 275x5 285x5 Leg Pess: sledx20 2 platesx3 4 x 3 6 x 3 8x 3 10 x3 12x3 14x3 PR hanging grip check: 1x20 Solid Session. But I know for a little bit I'm gonna have to go easy on the assistance work with this 4 day split. Gonna have to let my body adjust to the workload lol. |

Deadlift from Plates: 4 inches above floor 135x5 225x5 added loose brief + Lever belt 315x1 330x5 350x5 added loose suit, staps down (This was for working on form) 365x1 Looked solid 385x1 Easier than 365 and form was good barbell rows: 135x2x5 95x15 barbell curl: 65x2x5 Ab band pulldowns: 2x12 Assistance was very light but once I get use to the extra workload it will go up. |
