Wensday: Lower Body
Box Squat at Para barx10 135x5 185x3 225x1 275x1 315x1 325x4 (REP PR) 225x10-11???? lost count lol Leg Press: 2 platesx5 4 platesx5 6 platesx5 8 platesx5 10 plates+ 25's x5 Stiff leg deadlift: 95x5 115x5(Toes on rubber plate) 115x5( Toes on two rubber plates) abs: Hanging leg rasies 1x20 ....... abs are spent lol Cardio: .25 mile on Treadmill All around not a bad workout. |

Monday: Lower body:
Squats barx10 135x5 185x3 225x1 Put on 2ply Hardcore suit straps down 275x1 315x1 Straps up plus belt 365x1 395x1 (PR) added Knee Wraps 405x1 (2 inches shy of para, felt werid first time lol.) 405x1( got down alot farther. Gonna need to work this and get the groove down. Video soon to come of last attempt |
