I forgot to add that after 455x1 I did 495x1 with the same setup with pretty much the same result lol. I bet its gonna take at least 550 to hit dept or MORE

I believe its my CNS due to all the heavy gear work of late. Week before last I took a week off so Im kinda surprised I feel beat up allready, but I actually feel alot better today due to 10 hours of sleep last night =).
