Box squats: barx2x10 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 added powerpant brief 365x3 405x3 rep PR added leviathan straps down 455x3 no touch straps up 500x2 no touch 570x1 not even an inch from touching but still no touch tried again but got a pain in my left shoulder so I shut it down I feel like I have so much potential , just need to get use to the heavy weight on my back and get use to feeling the weight with the thick straps.

It felt pretty good , just had trouble feeling the weight on my back due to the thick straps so kind of got out of groove but was still smooth. I think I'm gonna use reverse bands that way I can get use to having that much weight on my back. But btb I believe with some practice and pure will I can have a 650+ geared squat by December.

Thursday: MM geared Bench
Flat bench: POR-grip barx20 135x10 185x5 225x5 275x3 295x1 325x1 PR Was going to put on a tighter denim shirt here but only had muscleg with me so decided to just use the loose one I had added dbl denim: comp-grip 365x3 no touch 405x2 same 435x1 solid rep , touched 470x1 loose denim PR Floor Press lockouts: comp grip 135x5 225x5 315x3 365x5 405x3 460x0 almost had it, get it next time 425x2 Although I wanted to get into the tighter denim , it still hit a shirted PR so still was a good session along with another POR raw PR.
