Reverse band Deadlift barx8 135x2x5 185x3 225x3 275x1 added bands 275x1 Reposition bands added loose brief 315x1 365x1 405x1 added loose suit + power belt unclamped 455x1 500x1 PR 550x0 got about mid-shin level lol took away bands 405x1 PR in loose suit Seated Good Morning with Safety squat bar: barx8 bar+25's x2x8 Band Ab pulldowns: 2x12 Was gonna do more but didnt realize I had been in the gym for over two hours lol. Awesome session tonight. |
