Awesome job Carl. Great DL as well buddy. Your dips are amazing I don't know how you pull it off after all the pressing. I've been hitting higher numbers but I'm toasted by the 5th set. I really feel it right in the center of my chest. Always feels like I've been punched by Mike Tyson when I'm finished. You're really owning this routine and pushing me harder and harder. SO proud of you buddy!

Yeh its staarting to come along now... Im not gonna rush it though. ill stay at these weights now untill the 137.5 feels easier then up the weight on that set only...

Reeves Classic, Week 7 - Day 3
Squats (ATG) 80kg x 12 90kg x 10 upped reps +2 120kg x 8 Deadlifts 85kg x 5 105kg x 5 137.5kg x 4 upped weight, dropped a rep Still a PB for reps at this weight though ![]() WGPU BW x 7 BW x 6 {i]upped reps +1[/i] DB Shoulder Press 20kg x 8 upped weight, deloaded rep 22kg x 10 upped reps +2 25kg x 9 DB Bench Press 32.5kg x 8 upped weight, deloaded reps 32.5kg x 10 upped weight held reps 32.5kg x 9 upped reps +1 BB Curls 25kg x 12 30kg x 8 30kg x 8 Dips BW x 21 BW x 11 BW x 9 BW x 9 BB Calf Raises 130kg x 20 130kg x 15 130kg x 15 held all 3 sets steady Crunch Chair 35kg x 15 35kg x 15 35kg x 12 held all 3 sets steady Good session, although i had to mess around with weights as today must have been 'national curling idiot day' the gym has 5 benches all in a line facing the mirrors and everyone was being used by people curling and benching, they all had about 3 lots of DB's each andall had ****ty form I had to up the weights a bit on the first set, but lowered reps so that it didnt wipe me out and kept the feel of the set the same (first set fairly easy, second harder, but not too hard and third as work)....Squats felt good so upped a couple of reps in the second set and Deadlifts felt good straight after squats, im really enjoying that combo on the last session. Deads were OK, I really wanted 5 reps but it was only 4, but thats still the highest number of reps i have done for anything over 135kg so fairly happy. I mananged an extra rep in the pull ups, in fact i think icould have got an extra one inthe first set too, but didnt go for it ![]() Presses felt strong and so did bench. With the curls i swapped to BB as all the DB's were being used by the afore mentioned idiots, but i really liked it, so may stick with it from now on. Definitely felt it more in my arms than i have before. Dips were solid and still managed all 50 reps in 4 sets with only 30-40 second breaks ![]() I held steady on abs and Calves as my core takes a battering on session 3 with the squat/dead combo and lower back felt fairly pumped... Total workout time 1 hour 5 mins, Grade B+ today Carl.
