DB Row

50kg x 5

Dips
BW x 38 (PB) /12/9 - 59 total PB

Tyre Flipping
3 sets of 10 flips

Vomited

Done.

Fantastic session. Went heavier on the high pulls and they felt good

Deadlifts were great again, i went slightly lighter in the first two sets and hit a big PB at the end. Very happy with this as i am looking towards a 4pps deadlift by the end of the year I dont know why i shrugged the bar at the top of the lift, just overexcited to lock it out i think. Form is OKish I think, but will be happy to hear comments.

Did some drop snatches instead of just OH Squats as they still have an oh squat at the end, not os heavy as i would normally do oh squats, but i still felt a burn.

Presses were OK the 30's weren't there so i went for a lower weight and slighty more reps

Rows were awesome I haven't done them for about a week and a half but they felt strong, even if they did make me want to vomit.

Dips were awesome 38 in one set is my best ever and 59 in 3 sets is a pb too, so happy with those.

I walked out to the car and saw they had a tyre out in the car park, so I had a few flips of that, barfed on the carpark floor then drove home...

Awesome

Total workout time about 1 hour 10 mins, Solid Grade A+

Carl.

Well done on the deadlifts and dip PBs. 160kgs is 353lbs - next stop 375, then onto 400!!

To put it into perspective -and to confuse our American friends -that's 25 stone!

Carl, your workouts look like SO much fun. "Oh, I saw they had a tyre, so I flipped it a few times..."

Sure you don't want to go the powerlifting route? Come over to the dark side, my friend

HAHA, It seems crazy to me that Americans dont use stones but they use the rest of the imperial system, however we use stones, feet, miles, but also cm's, celcius, litres etc etc...

They are loads of fun, I thought of the PLing route, but I think Im a BBer at heart and theOly Lifts are just sooo intriguing. That tyre sure was fun though

cheers mate, hips come up first a bit, but i think that is more a symptom of setting up so low due to all the oly stuff i have been doing. I set low, then come up then lift, but it looks like all on motion.
