Good day today. Gym was pretty empty throughout. No waiting at all. Had the rack to myself for a solid 40 minutes. The crushed thumb from yesterday is also better. No longer blackened nail, but still hurts if I squeeze it. I was just happy to be able to make a grip so I could lift today.
Standing Press 65 x 10 x 3 75 x 10 95 x 5 x 2 115 x 1 x 3 - Did 5 half top to half reps after full press. Upright Rows 55 x 10 x 2 65 x 10 x 2 75 x 5 95 x 1 x 5 DB Side Raise - Did all 3 sets within 30 seconds. 5 x 20 10 x 15 15 x 10 Deadlift 135 x 10 x 2 185 x 8 225 x 6 275 x 1 x 3 HS Iso Shrugs 90 x 25 x 2 180 x 20 270 x 5 x 2 90 x 20 x 3 - Seated, 20 seconds rest in between each set. All done after that. I'm definitely feeling the layoff from the iron, but I love it. I'll be good by next week. Also today, I tried Pre-Surege Unleashed, and was very happy. Great energy, no jitters at all. I used 1 full scoop in about 10oz of water. I felt it within 20 minutes. And for even more pump, I found an open bottle of Hemavol, so I'm going to just run through it til it's empty. I think it'll last 2 weeks. I like the stuff anyway, it's a good product. So at some point tonight, my area is getting somewhere between 10-15" of snow, which means my work will probably be closed. Which sucks because I have to wake up at 6am to find out, just to be sure..and also because I can't go to the gym there. Luckily, it's just arm day and I still have some weights at home I can use to get a quick session in. End of nightly report, rant, complaint, compliment, etc....

Stupid snow. My work was closed, so I had to take a sick day. I pretty much lazed around all day. Still too sore to really do anything. Clearing the snow for 2 hours sucked, badly. It was still coming down when I came in, so there's probably a couple more inches to shovel tomorrow.
Todays at home, abbreviated session. Arms Straight Curl>>>T-Bar pushdown supersets 45 - 21s Curl 50 x 15 Push Down 55 - 21s Curl 60 x 10 Push Down 65 - 21s Curl 75 x 5 Push Down I stopped there, because my legs are still destroyed from Monday. I can barely stand, let alone balance myself while holding a bar, even with such light weights. Tomorrow is supposed to be another leg day, but I'm already calling that off. I'll just spend more time on chest. I want to blast a bunch of low rep heavy sets on the decline bench. I haven't been this sore in a long damn time. My back, shoulders and traps are starting to get sore now. I feel like a ****ing invalid. Just don't want to move.. Oh well, it's all for a good cause. Pain is weakness leaving the body. That is all. /

Okay, so snow sucks ass! I missed the gym Wednesday, but still got some work in. Well, they decided to shutdown again yesterday, so no gym again! And I sold my Oly bar, so I had nothing to lift damnit! And today, for no reason at all, they gym is closed. So yet again, I have nowhere to lift. I'm starting to think paying for a gym may be worth it. This sucks. I'm going to do as many damn pushups today as I can to get something out of this week..
And to boot, Monday is a damn holiday, so that means the gym will probably be closed again. This sucks! For the first time in a long time I was really looking forward to the pain, but all doors are closed in my face. Could have been better, could have been worse. No work today for MLK day, so the gym on base is closed today too. I just sold my Oly bar, so I had to figure out something for chest. I just used my non-Oly bar, with Oly plates. I used a few short bungees to hold the weights semi-steady. Just chest today, didn't want to risk squats with the homemade bar contraption..
Flat Bench 135 x 12 x 2 185 x 8 x 2 205 x 4 x 2 That's it. Short and simple. It's also the last day I'll use 135 as a warm up. That goes up 10Lbs, and I'll try to push 10Lbs more on every set. I'll make up legs on Wednesday with arms.

Back on track, sort of. Another crappy storm, this time 5" of snow, then freezing rain all night. So, yet again the gym was closed..well it may have been open, but I didn't want to check because the base had a staggered release, meaning people were allowed to leave early. The gym could have been way overcrowded, and if not I'd still have to sit in traffic and then come home to clean my driveway in the dark.
Okay, enough blah blah. I rate this session as pretty damn good!!! Standing Press 60 x 15 x 2 70 x 10 x 2 95 x 5 x 2 115 x 5 140 x 2 - PR!! - Very happy here, felt like I could do even more.... Upright Row 70 x 15 x 2 80 x 10 x 2 95 x 5 115 x 3 - PR!! - I think it's a PR.... 135 x 1/2 - Can you call half a rep a PR? No, meh..I was pretty close but stalled near the chest. Soon enough it will be chin high.. Deadlift 155 x 15 x 2 205 x 8 x 2 255 x 4 280 x 1 Side DB Raises 10 x 15 x 1 - Did these before Deads, not sure why... 20 x 5 x 3 - 20's are the heaviest I have at home. So yeah, 2 PR's makes for a good day. Tomorrow will be Squats and Arms... I plan on crying, and not being able to walk. Always a good decision!

Hell yeah! Great day, even though I'm not as sore as I planned. I do need to work on my squat form though, as I'm starting to lean forward again. I also took way too long for my squats because someone was asking me for a spot. Next time, I'll give more time to myself.
Squats 115 x 15 155 x 10 185 x 8 215 x 2 Leg Press 270 x 5 360 x 5 450 x 5 Short Straight Bar Curls - I have no idea how much the short Oly bar weighs, so the numbers indicate what weight I added. Bar didn't count on these. 50 - Set of 21's x 2 60 - Set of 14's - Was supposed to be 21's, but I couldn't get the full rom reps in. V-Bar Preacher 50 x 2 50 x 5 50 x 5 - Top 1/2 ROM only with squeeze V-Bar Pushdown 80 x 50 100 x 25 150 x 10 200 x 5 200 x 3 200 x 3 H.S. Shrugs 2P x 30 4P x 20 6P x 10 8P x 4 - More like half reps, this was F'ing heavy!!! 6P x 5 - With pinch 4P x 5 - With pinch 2P x 50 Damn!!! That's a workout for sure. I wish I could have done more for my arms, but I just didn't have the energy for some reason. Lack of sleep probably, as usual. And to kill the happiness, it's snowing again. Probably looking at another 12", and no work...WTF!!!! I may have found a buyer for my homegym, if it goes through I may sign up at the local gym. I really don't want to drive past my house and deal with the traffic afterwards, but it's open 24/7, all weather conditions. And to update the dirty portion, I'm still on 1g 11-Oxo a day, split into 500mg at around 6am and 6pm. The H-Drol is now upto 100mg a day, split into 2 doses, one around 6am, and the other around 2:30pm. I'll keep it there probably, don't want to push that much higher.
