MWF Warm Up Dumbbell Swings 3sets of 20 Cleans 3sets of 12 Military Press 3sets of 12 Standing Lat Raise 3sets of 12 Bench Press 3sets of 12 Dumbbell Rows 3sets of 12 Reverse Curls 3sets of 12 Regular Curls 3sets of 12 Front Squats 3sets of 12 Pullovers 3sets of 12 Deadlift 3sets of 12 Broomstick Twists 3sets of 50 Knee Tucks 3sets of 50 Hanging Raises 3sets of 15 Hyperextensions 3sets of 15 Lying Leg Raises 3sets of 15 Crunches 3sets of 50 Side Bends 3sets of 12 TTS Warm Up Dumbbell Swings 3sets of 20 Cleans 3sets of 12 Military Press 3sets of 12 Side Raises 3sets of 12 Standing Lat Raise 3sets of 12 Shrugs 3sets of 12 Wide Arm Pull Ups 3sets of 12 Wide Arm Push Ups 3sets of 30 Crunches 3sets of 50 Hammer Curls 3sets of 12 Lying Dumbbell Raises 3sets of 12 Concentration Curls 3sets of 12 Donkey Raises 3sets of 25 Dumbbell Calf Raises 3sets of 25 Lunges 3sets of 12 Hanging Raises 3sets of 15 Knee Tucks 3sets of 50 Broomstick Twists 3sets of 50 Crunches 3sets of 50 When I join exercises together they represent supersets, tri-sets & giant sets. All my exercises are done with Dumbbells on a flat bench as that's all I've got. (Along with a Pull Up Bar on my kitchen door frame) Here's my diet plan, again based on a Steve Reeves diet: Breakfast 1cup of oatmeal 2cups of soya milk 4egg whites 1egg yolk 6apricots 3figs 1small pot of coffee 1pint of water Lunch 2tablespoons of cottage cheese 1slice of oat bread 1celery stick 1handful of nuts 1handful of sesame seeds 2tangerines 1apple 1small pot of coffee 1pint of water Dinner 1tin of tuna 1lb of spinach half cup of broccoli half cup of beetroot half a red onion half a carrott 4cherry tomatoes 1small baked tattie a drizzle of olive oil & balsamic vinegar 1slice of pineapple 2tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 1cup of tea 1pint of water Supper 1 or 2 cups of tea I'm a pescatarian, so I do not eat meat. I also do not eat dairy products with the exception of eggs & cottage cheese. (also cheese if I indulge in a pizza on a Sunday) My goal is to attain my Grecian Ideal, then Steve Reeves' ideal, & to hopefully get there eventually following vegan diet. |
