Arms and Core Seated Tricep Pressdown 170x12, 190x12, 210x12, 250x10, 250x10 Tricep Pulldown (^ Bar attachment) 60x10, 70x10, 80x10, 90x8 Reverse Grip Tricep Pull Down 100x12, 120x10, 130x10, 140x10 Hammer Strength Preacher Curl 55x12, 70x12, 90x10, 105x10 EZ BarBell Curl 70x10, 70x10, 70x10, 70x10 Back Extensions 90x50, 90x50 Seated Weighted Crunches 110x25, 110x25, 110x25, 110x25 Workout Time: 45 minutes Workout Grade: B Snowy here this am, so schools were late and people were being idiotic. Nothing too special about today's workout. Forearm pain in minimal (gave up DB curls because of it). I actually had been performing the HS Preacher Curl without gripping the handles-- open hand and all. Helps a lot. Weekends are always off days. I have been going hard since the first week of November (10 weeks total) and am thinking of possibly deloading next week (instead of taking a week off). Then, a little voice in my head says to keep pushing. UGH. Decisions, decisions.

Nice workout brother..I used to get forearm pains too. I used to get either tiger balm or just lotion and find the tender area on my forearm and massage it like crazy. Sometimes it can be a chronic injury that was never paid any attention to which caused there to be some scar tissue build up, and needs to be released.
