Thanks, Al. At this point, I'm pretty sure I can list every injury and set-back I've had and actually have a hard time remembering a time when I wasn't injured.

My arm/elbow feels like trash sometimes, but I know that not using it at all means atrophy and that just isn't an option.

It feels really good to have battled my way to this point. I think of injuries as my battle scars. They have been well-earned.

Thanks for the support, guys. I did some back work today. Was interesting.

Back

Seated Plate Loaded Row 90x15, 140x15, 140x15, 160x12, 180x10
Lat PullDown (Close, neutral grip using ^ handle) 100x12, 100x12, 110x12, 120x12
HS High Row 230x10, 230x10, 180x12, 180x12
Shrugs 385x12x3

So, yesterday I had tested assisted pull ups and knew I could not do those. So, I attempted rows. They went okay. I am working a good bit under where I used to work as the strain of the weight on my arm is a bit much at higher loads. Found a decent grove with the ^ grip handles and the lat pull downs. I knew I couldn't do wide grip as that is the same position as a pull up. Shrugs (on HS machine for neutral grip) were interesting. I could feel a deep stretch and pull in my forearm, but I shrug from my traps, so I think the pull was a good stretch.

So, it actually looks like I can keep this exercise setup and work lighter until my forearm can handle heavier loads.
