Squats
135 X 8 185 X 6 225 X 4 225 X 5 Leg Press 270 X 6 360 X 6 450 X 6 Lunges with 50 pound BB on my shoulders 3 sets of 8 Seated Leg Curls 130 X 8 140 X 8 150 X 8 10 minutes walking on treadmill at 3.5 MPH with incline set on 6 Notes Good workout today. First day without a PR in a while but I can already feel it in my legs. Squats felt like they hit my hammies really hard. Didn't feel it too much in the quads. We will see if the DOMS come to visit over night. |

DB Bench
50 X 10 70 X 6 80 X 7 (PR) 85 X 4 (PR) Iso Flat Press 45 each side X 10 70 each side X 6 90 each side X 4 DB Incline Bench 60 X 6 60 X 6 60 X 7 Iso Incline Press 70 each side X 8 90 each side X 6 90 each side X 6 20 minutes on elliptical on interval setting. Notes Really good workout today! Got 2 PRs that I went in wanting to get. My chest was fried after the first 2 exercises and destroyed after all 4. Hoping for a deadlift PR tomorrow. |

225 X 1 315 X 1 405 X .85 (So close!) 405 X FAIL DB Rows 80 X 8 90 X 6 90 X 6 T Bar Rows 45 X 10 70 X 6 80 X 4 Lat Pull Downs 130 X 6 145 X 6 160 X 4 20 Minutes on Elliptical On interval setting Notes Good workout today. I was so close to a 405 deadlift that I could taste it! I just couldn't lock it out at the top because the bar slipped out of my hand! I was so mad because grip kept me from getting a PR I have wanted for a long time and knew I was capable of going in. Besides that, this was a good workout. Weight is at 191.

Today has been crazy busy. Just got in a quick arms workout. Don't even have time to put the numbers up. Did 8 sets for biceps and 12 sets for triceps.

Push Press
95 X 4 115 X 4 115 X 4 115 X 5 (PR) 65 X 8 DB Rear Flyes 50 X 6 (PR) 50 X 6 50 X 6 Face Pulls 80 X 8 100 X 8 Shrugs 225 X 8 315 X 8 4 laps around the track. Running. Going to work my way up for the running. I'm not a runner, never have been. But I want to train myself to become one. My goal my the summer is a 12.5 minute 1.5 miles. If that makes since. Notes Good way to start the week in the gym today. Got 2 PR's! The 115 X 5 set was pretty killer and I had to give it everything I had to get that 5th rep. Like I said, I have made a new goal and it is to improve my distance running ability. My calves were burning after the short distance I ran today.
