When I train people I make sure when we do direct core work we also work on the lower back to balance. Everybody does direct ab work, but how many people do direct lower back work as well.

Will be starting the Reeves Classic as of Monday morning
![]() very excited, I will be going light though (at about the 8-10 rep range) so as the judge what weights i will need to using as rest will be about 60-90 mins between sets to keep the workout down to an hour or so and then workoing up from there for reps and weight used each week. new journal here... Building a Classic Physique Carl.
