They're not bad. I did them stiff-legged. I wanted to target hamstrings and gluts, and they worked ok but not as great as stiff leg DLs.

Max effort bench:
95 x 8
135 x 5
185 x 3

275 + reverse bands x 1
295 + reverse bands x 1
305 + reverse bands x 1
315 + reverse bands x 1

Close grip bench:
135 x 5 (2 boards)
225 x 4 (2 boards)
no pause between sets:
135 x 15 to chest
185 x 6 (2 boards)

Incline skull crushers:
70 x 10 x 3 sets

Dips:
3 sets until fail

Incline pushups

Thanks! First real PR since I dropped weight.
That's a 50 pds PR.
Puts the total at a 515 deadlift at the top of the pull.
That's 10 pds above my current PR without chains.
So hopefully that will help me bypass my current PR on the deadlift.

What's your bodyweight currently? I think you mentioned this but I forgot. Was trying to figure out if you were anywhere near a 3x deadlift.

I'm at 185, so I would have to hit a 555 deadlift to get 3x body weight.
Right now I could probably pull around 515.
Still 40 pds short, but it will happen.
