thanks guys! Today I did some deadlifts with hook grip.
Anyone knows how to prevent the barbell from rolling in your hands?

Sumo hook grip DLs:
135 x 6
225 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 1
405 x 1

Rack pulls (knee height), hook grip:
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 3
365 x 1
315 x 1 x 3 sets (30 sec static holds)

Preacher DB hammer curls:
30 x 12
40 x 12
45 x 6

Grip work. Done.
