With everything that happened this year, I don't know if I can get my head in the game for doing a meet this summer. I would rather not decide right now, and see how the training is going. I finished teaching my last class today, so if nothing bad happens, I should resume a 4-day/week workout schedule.

I understand about the meet. Live is more important. I have an 8 year old daughter and I can't imagine going through that.

Dynamic squats. Getting back in the groove of things. Trying to ease into it.
14'' box, raw 135 x 5 135 + medium bands x 3 225 + medium bands x 2 x 9 sets, very short rests between sets Speed pulls: Sumo, hook grip, raw and explosive 135 x 3 185 x 3 205 x 3 225 x 3 245 x 3 Assistance: Traps, Grip work, Abs.
