This Sunday I'm training with a couple of IPF guys and doing equipped bench in my rage shirt. A few weeks ago I pressed 455 with 2 boards. Now I wanna go down to 1 board...

So I guess...maybe 405?? Let the bets begin.
Good luck. Let us know.

DE squats. This week, I am doing ultra low box squats with chains. The weight was light and moved fast, and I focused on keeping good form. I am used to box squating a bit higher, so this felt really different.

Box squats (14''):
135 x 5
135 + 60 pds chains x 3
185 + 60 pds chains x 2
195 + 60 pds chains x 2
205 + 60 pds chains x 2 x 3 sets
215 + 60 pds chains x 2 x 3 sets
220 + 60 pds chains x 2 x 3 sets
225 + 60 pds chains x 2 x 2 sets

Seated leg curls:
light band x 12 x 3 sets

Seated hip abductors:
light band x 12 x 3 sets

Reverse hypers:
Half rack + heavy band x 10 x 3 sets

Seated calf raises:
3 sets until fail

Suspended biceps curls:
body weight x 12 x 3 sets

Thanks -- the last time I did a 1-board press I hit 325, so 385 is a nice jump.

Well hopefully next week doesn't involve putting a new one in. Congrats on the PR!

Thanks -- no it's out for the winter. We put it back in next Spring when the ice is melted. Now we're gearing up for ice fishing.
