Legs Squat 135x12 225x10 315x5 345x5 345x5 355x5 Leg Press 540x10 540x10 630x10 630x10 Leg Extensions 100x20 fast 80x15--5 Moderate 60x20 Slow 60x15--3 seconds up, hold, 3 seconds down Biceps Standing EZ Bar Curl 70x6--Outside 70x5--Inside 60x5--Outside 1 Arm DB Preacher Curl 25x10 25x8 20x10 Seated Hammer Curls 15x20 15x15--20 Notes: Took 2 rezolution pills before workout. Felt awesome. Squats are going great now, 355 felt pretty easy. I tweaked a few things with my form and so far so good besides my inner hamstring is killing me for some reason. Along with some sore hip flexors. |

Chest BB Bench 45x12 135x12 225x8 245x5 250x5 255x5 260x5 --Had a spotter, he said I got it clean and could have gotten 1-2 more but Im not sure.. Maybe I pused harder with someone watching me lol. 2-3 mins rest inbetween sets BB Incline 185x10 165x10 145x10 135x9--1 30-45 second breaks. Cable Flies 95x20 95x20 95x20 80x20(really slow and controlled) Notes: Great workout, felt strong on bench. Got that PR today of 260 but we'll see next week if it was really me when I try again. Really looking forward to my results in May if I keep this up. |
