Legs Squats Warmup 135x12 225x10 315x10 365x5 375x5 370x5 370x5 All were below parallel. Leg Press 540x10 540x10 630x10 630x10 Leg Ext. 100x20 110x20 100x15--5 Notes Felt pretty good on squats. Some of them where a b!tch to get up but I did. I am working out going down slow to make sure I know where to stop and explode up. Cardio today was also awesome, I will post my cardio in my Rezolution Log also. Took a scoop of K-Otic.. Cant say it did much, but it did wake me up a lil more because I was a lil tired before starting. Cardio 30 minute fasted AM cardio. More details in other log. |

Thanks guys. Im really trying to work on depth. It feels like my body wont go any lower than what it is now. I will video some footage and its deffinately a little past parallel.
