Chest BB Bench Warmup 135x12 205x6 235x5 245x5 250x5 255x5 BB Incline 175x10 185x10 190x10 205x8--2 DB Flies 25x20 30x20 30x17--3 25x20 Biceps Standing EZ Bar Curl Outside Grip 80x5 Inside Grip 80x5 Outside Grip 80x5 Standing Cable Curl(To Head/Ear whatever floats your boat) 32.5x10 27.5x10 22.5x10 --Went down in weight because I'm pretty sure I felt my form slipping. Standing Hammer Curls 20X20 15x17--3 Notes Took a scoop of K-Otic(mixed with a hint of Hemo Rage Black) tasted WAY better. Energy not so much, tingles a little bit. I think my body is used to caffeine. Oh well, time for a break from it I guess. |

Arm Shoulder Press Warmup 50x12 60x12 75x5 75x5 80x5 75x5(4 left arm, rested got 1 more) DB Reverse Flies 30x10 35x10 40x10 40x10 Upright Rows 60x20 70x20 Traps BB Shrug 225x12 315x12 405x10 455x5 475x5 475x5 500x5(Felt heavy as fawk but I got it, tighetened up the hammies also) DB Shrugs 70x20 70x20 --Both slow and controlled, held at top. Triceps Rope Extensions 47.5x15 52.5x12 52.5x10 Reverse Grip Pulldowns 47.5x15 52.5x12 52.5x12 Overhead Cable Extensions 27.5x15 32.5x12 32.5x10 Notes Took a scoop of K-Otic, alright energy and pump. Also took 4 pills(total for the day) of LG's Rezolution, can tell a difference. Felt it working, made me a little more aggitated today especially since it was a long, stressful day. But it also made cardio a breeze today. Cant wait to see how it works. |
