Workout Time: 74 minutes Workout Grade: B+ Hit a 20 rep deadlift PR, but man did it zap my energy. Lifting was a grind after that, even though I was nailing PRs. Real pleased with creeping up on dips. Time to get a dipping belt. Also smashed an one arm overhead dumbbell press PR. Bam! Off to eat and be with wife and kids. Here's the scoop. Deadlift 325 x 20 - PR Dips BW x 11 - PR BW x 10 BW x 8 Barbell Calf raise 315 x 12 - PR 315 x 12 315 x 11 Weighted Situps 45 x 25 - PR 45 x 20 45 x 15 Barbell Shrugs 315 x 10 405 x 10 495 x 11 Seated One Arm Overhead Dumbbell Press 85 x 6 85 x 6 85 x 6 - Rep PR Leg Extensions 90 x 16 - PR 90 x 13 90 x 11
