stopped doin 5x5 and started a higher volume type routine.
super set chest incline flye 35x20--40x20,18 ss with flat dumbell press 55x17,15,13 flat flyes 35x19,17,16 ss with bench press 115x17,15,13 cable crossover 44x25,23,22 gym closed before i could do tri's. |

straight arm pulldowns 55x20,18,17 ss with wide grip pulldowns 99x18,16,15 pullups -50x20,18,16 ss with one arm rows 40x15,13,12 barbell row 115x20,18,15 preacher curl 75x16,13,11 ss with wide grip barbell curls 35x15,12,10 hammer curls 22x20,17,14 ss with incline dumbell curl 15x13,10,8 day 2 of aa mass addiction.muscle pump is pretty good but not sure if its the supp or high reps but probably a bit of both. |

quads
leg press 245x20--335x18,17,15 ss with front squats(never did these before so it was a bit awkward to get used to) 135x12,10,9 squats 225x20,19,18 3x5 leg press 515x8 565x5,5,5 havent done legs in 2 weeks because of a slight injury.all better now. |
