Pretty good session today. I needed the rest from taking a day off. Still a little tired, but still managed to put in some decent work.
Squats 1x12x155 up 4 reps 1x10x205 up 2 reps 1x8x225 I'm working right were I should be. Added reps to some sets, and it is too much added work. Pull back reps on Friday, and just build 1 rep at a time. BB ROWS 1x12x100 dropped weight to bring set inline with proper intensity level. 1x12x135 1x10x155 I've been working too hard on this move, and it is starting to have an effect on other aspects of the program. BHNP 1x11x90 added 1 rep 1x11x100 added 1 rep, but I should not have. 1x8x110 stayed the same, but it was hard. Again, added too many reps for the session. 1 rep per session at this weight is just right. BENCH 1x10x140 added 2 reps, should have added only 1 1x8x165 1x8x205 I just managed to push this out. Repeat session again. Only need to add 1 rep per session at these weights. BB curl 1x12x50 1x10x65 1x8x80 Doing plenty of work here. DIPS 21 12 7 =40 total. I wanted to get 30 on that first set, but it is not going to happen with the other work I'm doing. I'll get there. Calf Raise 2x18x275 1x13x275 I'm in the zone and working hard. Feels good. |

thats not a pretty good session gl. Thats a fantastic session. the only thing wrong was you progressed too much lol
![]() Seriously buddy, some great work in here, making me itch to get it done tomorrow (bummed about my knees but thats not gonna stop me) You definitely have that 30 rep set in you, but you increased loads on the other work im amazed you managed 21 tbh... seriously strong work in here coach Carl.

J, I'm feeling pretty damn good. No real major complaints. I'm a bit more sore from session to session than when I was younger, but I'm still getting the work done. The back issues tht I had when I had started with the Eder program are gone. I'm having so much fun with the Reeves though, that I've just stuck with it. |

I have my moments. I have to fight my wandering mind wanting me to try the latest and greatest. I am working on it. The Zavazone is in the works.

Light day today. I've been feeling the effects of the past weeks piling up, and it was time to take a little breather. Just hit the major parts, and got the blood flowing, without really stressing myself too hard.
I've had a lot of goals for myslef this year, and today a major goal was acted on. I gave notice at my current job, that march 31st would be my last day with the company. I've been at my current job for ten and half years. I start with my new company April 4th. It is basically the same type of work, but I'll no longer be working for an Airline. I'll be dispatching for Corporate clients. This change will also mean a change to my schedule, and things will be a bit sporadic for the next several months, as I adjust to the new company and work schedule. There is no shortage of things to keep me busy for the rest of the year. My program will have to change some to accomodate the schedule chagne as well. The program will need to be trimmed of the fat on my work days, and only the major players will be hit. I'll be working on this to get the intensity right over the next few weeks. 16hr days will be the norm on workdays, but i get 4 days off per week once I'm out of training. During training I'll be on normal 7-5, Mon-Fri schedule for about 3 weeks. Here's to the future! squats 1x12x155 1x8x205 Wide grip chins 10 6 5 =21 total BHNP 1x12x95 1x8x115 Bench 1x12x140 1x8x205 Resting up over the weekend, I need it. |
