went to the gym yesterday with a friend who I go to school with. He was doing chest and back so I tagged along with him.
Highlights included 155x2 on bench (PR) I think i'm gonna do the Reg Park 5x5 starting soon since there isn't too much upper body work, and I can't be doing much upper body work during baseball season

Not much Jeff. Just working alot and playing baseball. I can't be doing the reeves program for the time being since I can't do that much upper body work during baseball season. Focusing on squats and deads for the time being with one pressing move per workout. Should be a good chance to skyrocket my squat and DL numbers
