nearly killed me...the weights arent too challenging but the amount of reps is killer

really pushed these today, i'll start adding one rep at a time now

Bro u should try 4.5 minutes between moves today i used 1 minute between sets and 4.5 minutes between moves gl suggested 5 between moves and i wanted to actually try 4.5 for conditioning

Great work SO. Your conditioning is getting better. Look at your squat numbers. You have progressed a lot on these. Just keep going, your doing great. One month is not that long of a time.

Okay! I know my numbers are going up but cardio-wise, I feel like passing out right as I'm starting dips. How long of a rest do you recommend between exercises? I've been using around 3 minutes but Coop said you like 5?
