Row- 85x8 85x8 85x8 BTN Press- 70x12 70x12 70x12 PR! last rep was a ****ing grind. Curl- 45x12 45x12 +4 reps Squat 135x12 150x8 wiped. doing squats this late in the routine killed me Dips BWx10/8/5/5/5 total: 33 PR consistently owning dips!

Squats-
135x12 +2 reps 150x12 +2 reps 160x12 +2 reps nearly killed me...the weights arent too challenging but the amount of reps is killer DB Row- 45x10 +2 reps 45x10 +2 reps 45x10 +2 reps really pushed these today, i'll start adding one rep at a time now BTN Press- 75x8 75x8 75x8 kinda tough, this will be progressing sloooooowly DB Bench- 40'sx12 40'sx12 all the benches were taken again BB Curl- 47.5x8 47.5x8 Dips- BWx9/6/8 Total: 23 noticed how benching in the middle of the workout dropped dip numbers wiped after this workout....my conditioning doesn't seem to be getting too much better and its been almost a month

Okay! I know my numbers are going up but cardio-wise, I feel like passing out right as I'm starting dips. How long of a rest do you recommend between exercises? I've been using around 3 minutes but Coop said you like 5?

A 160x12 squat isn't that far away from what I'm doing right now. How long are you resting between exercises right now?
