I'm 30 years old, and have done 2 sanctioned meets. My best lifts are 380 squat (SSA) 250 bench (WNPF) 485 dead (SSA) I was introduced to this forum by Tony who I often lift with, I'm trying to keep up with the big man. 11/08 SQUATS 145x5 195x5 235x3 285x3 325x2 345x2 355 Safety Squat Bar(16in'Box)Squats VS Light choked bands 135xBTx 3x3sets 185xBTx 2x3sets 205xBTx 2x2sets 225xBT single, my pre workout shake shot up me lol Deficit Speed Pulls Vs Quaded Monster Mini's (on Jump Stretch) 125xBTx 1x3sets 145xBTx 1x3sets 125xBTx 1x3sets (WideGrip)Bench Press Vs Doubled Mini Bands(on Jump Stretch) 95+BTx 3x3sets 115+BTx 3x3sets 135+BTx 2x1set |
