Monday- Dynamic Bench
1) Flat BB Press 95x20/20 135x15/15 205x8/8 225x3/x3 2) Flat DB Press 100x6 100x6 100x8 100x7 100x7 At this point chest was fried..Put 30 on for db flyes and I had to drop the weight 3) Flat DB flyes 30x10 20x10 20x12 20x12 20x12 4) Close Grip BB Press/Bench Dips SS Close Grip - 135x12/12/12 Bench Dips- 3 x 20 5) BB Curls/DB Curls SS BB - 70x10/10/10/.10/10 DB-25x10/10/10/12/12 Ugh Done.. Tomorrow is legs but my bone in my leg joint still kinda hurts from that 10 plate a side leg press with a DL super set..Think I am gonna still work legs tomorrow but maybe just leg extension,Leg curls and Sitting calf raise.

Yes! I CAN FINALLY LOG ON! I have been gone for awhile and some shit went down with me..I hurt my leg pretty shitty, Well its almost healed but no deadlifts of squats for awhile.. I was doing something totally stupid...I was super setting 405 on deads for reps and then leg press a grand on the leg press. Well on my 3rd set I pulled the 405 and I pulled and sprained the muscle in my leg..WOW fucken pain!!! It sucks, I cant squat or dead for about 6 weeks, I have been living off Leg Extensions and doing um in the 100 reps lol and walking up hill on the tread with 35lbs in my pack for 25 mins to keep my legs strong..Totally sucks ass..But it forced me to work on other stuff and I have grown stronger..Here are some numbers I am at
1) Standing BB Shrugs - 500 and 505lbs PR I can go higher for sure if leg was not wounded 2) Been working wide grip pull ups with 45lb plate on belt - In Love with this 3) Weighted Forward Dips with 35lb plate for right now. In love with this as well 4) Have to do sitting shoulder presses =( at 200 right now 5) Broke a Bench Pr today 6) Have been doing light good mornings to stretch out leg muscle My training has switched up a tad since leg issues but the massive leg extensions and walking up hill with weight has been really working my legs. So here was today, just finished up....Oh if anyone knows any other ways I can work my legs with out squats, presses I am all ears..Oh and no standing calf raises..Have to work the sitting calf raise Monday- Awesome, Broke bench Pr 1) Flat BB Press- Did some warm up sets and then broke out BIG PRESSING 100x20 135x12 315x3 PR Felt Like I was going to die lol but pushed and pushed, Felt fucken awesome 225x3 235x3 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 2) Incline BB Press 135x15 155x12 185x10 3)Flat DB Press 65x13 70x12 80x12 4) Light Close Grip BB Press 100x15 105x12 115x12 5) Skull Crushers/ Bench Dips Super Set Skulls - 65x15/12/12 Bench Dips-20/20/20
