BW LAT PULLDOWN to front: 4 x 8-12 REVERSE GRIP BB ROW: 185 x 12 205 x 10 225 x 8 245 x 8 SINGLE ARM REVERSE GRIP LAT PULL: got this from shelby starnes 3 sets of 8-12 reps really focused on the negative (3-sec), and contraction DB ROWS: 90 x 12 95 x 10 100 x 10 DEADLIFT: 225 x 12 275 x 12 315 x 8 SEATED LEG CURL 4 sets of 8-12 STANDING SINGLE LEG CURL 4 sets of 8-12

haven't been logging my workouts in here lately..my bad on that. but workouts have been going great. im just gonna log what i did today.
CHEST/BI's Incline Barbell Press: 2 warm-up sets 185 x 12 225 x 10 245 x 6, 185 x 5, 135 x 8 HS Chest Press: 4 sets of 8-12 reps DB Chest Press: 80 x 12 90 x 10 100 x 9 Cable Cross Overs: FST-7 Alt. DB Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps DB Preacher Curl (single arm) 3 set of 8 - 12 reps Standing Cable Double Bicep Curl: FST-7 only did 5 sets cause my biceps were done!
