I like that, good point gl.

Good luck achieving your 225 squats!

I was already there before, and can actually do a 225, RIGHT NOW! I did it last night.

Since I had been on a layoff, I want to work back to it without blowing myself away.

Squatting again has felt soooo good!! being able to get back under the bar has done a lot for my mental health, with all the crap I have going on. The garage is church again!

The plates are friends, that I have missed.

I'm going to be cutting right along side you till I hit my old fighting weight.

Lets kick some ASS!!!

Squats 3x10@135
3x8 rings flyes
3x10 BHNP 45lb bar
5x5 BW chest dips
bulldozer wide grips 2/2/2/2/2
Chinups 5/5/4/2/2

Good session. garage was a little cold but not too bad.

Ate well yesterday, but back to control of the food today.

Weight is coming off at a moderate controlled rate. Energy is staying up, and strength is returning. Shoulder issue is holding at a steady point.

There is a dull moderate ache at full top of lockout, and thats with only the bar. The flye movements seem to help a lot with keeping the connective tisue flexible and loose. I'll keep working the rear delts and try to even out the strength differences, and see if I can even things out.

I was having a lot of pain just hanging off the high bar a few months back, but that is not there anymore. I'm hopeful that I'll get back to my previous OHP press numbers at some point. I'd really like to eventually meet my goals I had my sights set on. I would really like to press 225.

I'm going to go very gently with pressing at this point. I do not want another layoff, nor do I want to bring this issue back in a worse way.

A friend of mine has been having the same issue. he has had MRI work, and all sorts of stuff done, the verdict is. They can't see anything. I'll continue with my plan until I can't continue with my plan.

You know it Ripper. I'll finish out my weeks squat session tomorrow with another 3x10@135. Next week I start a pyramid 3x10, instead of straight sets.
