You are Corect JD. I do work without load, through full range. Stretching, and light weights as well.

I will be back! I've done a lot of thinking about how I'm going to work my way back. There is a plan!

I want, need, to keep myself from having to have surgery to correct any shoulder issue. That means being very careful about how I stress things.

The stretching is relieving the pain and bringing the mobility back that I had lost. The loss of strength in my delts is substantial. The loss of strength is to be expected with this issue. I've got the desire of a 20yr old, but the body of a 48yr old.

Squatting and deadlifting are going to be progressed a bit faster than other aspects. There will be no benching or overhead pressing for awhile. I can work around those for awhile anyway.

Time to eat.

If you compare the ratio of our ages, as a percentage, yes I am.

Really wish I had the health to seriously smash some weight. I could use the release. Still it was a decent session with much less shoulder pain. Joints are starting to loosen up as I stretch things back out.

3x10@95 squats.
I could up this weight easily, but I'll hold off a little and increase volume instead.

2x10 supported leg raises
2x10 hanging leg raise

4x15second static hold frog position.

Getting stronger again in holding this static move. Next step is to get to 3x20 second holds working up to 1 full minute. Then it is into a tuck planche.

3x10 flyes@25 These are feeling easier and easier. Time to up the weight.

I gotta get back to 50's on this and then ring flyes varients. Thats were the real work is done.

5 sets of dips BW. didn't count but did no lower than 5 reps per set.
