The lever, and planche work builds abs like nothing else I've tried. You simply cannot have a weak core to do those moves. Even at the beginner level.
They are called disadvantaged lever moves for a reason. Adding mass to my legs will actually make this even harder. |

Constant soreness in my shoulders. My range of motion is getting a little better, but going beyond a certain point brings pain. I'm just glad to be able to do at least this much. Pushing my arms overhead in a pressing movement is a no go.
Tomorrow I'm going to try some SLDL, and see how those feel. |
