Wednesday back to the heavy stuff

Squats to low box
280x6x3
Legs were pretty tight today I think it was due to all the push press yesterday with a combination of the cleans. But I was able to fight through and hit all my reps

Bench Press
250x6x3
Felt heavy today, but still completed all the reps

Pull up Ladders
Ladder 1 and 2 x 1-6 reps
Ladder 3 x 1-5 reps
These felt great today, feeling very strong on pull ups.

I think tomorrow I am going to switch things up a little, while keeping it the same. I am going to work out in my basement to do my hang cleans and then do some stuff outside. Probably sledge hammer work, the weather is nice and its time to take advantage.

nice workout. Sledge hammer work sounds like a great way to do cardio... cant beat smashing stuff

Thursday Fun Workout today

Hang Cleans
15 minutes total
185x10 x 3
205x 4 x 3
Total 14 sets which equals awesome!!
Did these in my basement and really stayed focused and just crushed them, sweat everywhere and I loved it!

Sledge Hammer workout
5 sets x each side x 10 slams on the tire
Minimal rest inbetween sets
1 set x 8 each side with smaller sledge one arm at a time

Back inside to do some abs
janda situps
leg raises

The cold weather tried to keep me inside today but I did not let that happen. Threw on the sweats after hang cleans and just went out and crushed. it was around 32 degrees this morning, so it was cold out. Not what I was hoping for, but it can only get better. very fun workout today, I am looking forward to more of these in the future
