i had tweaked mine a bit on my last de squat/dead day when i did some asc. work with wide stance stiff leg deadlifts... but ended up getting real loose before my next max effort squat day

that is good, I feel as though this is just a very minor tweak. I think it would be fine if I were lifting heavy next week, but it is a deload week, which is even better to just let my hammies recover and get some extra rest

absolute best time for a deload. My hamstring has been super tight all day long but who cares, it will heal. Time to rest.
Post Work workout at 12:40 am, hell yea! Speed Bench Press 115x10x3 w/ average bands varying grips close and wide Pretty awesome, but I am going to bed now, working late on friday nights is gonna suck

Row Machine 2 plates each side x 10 2 plus 25 x 8 2 x 10 Cable Lateral Raise 25x10 35x10 40x10 Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown 2 each side x 10 3 each side x 10 4 each side x 10 3 each side x 10 Rear Lateral raise on cable 30x3x10 Incline Curl Machine 150x16 rep PR, last week I got 15 so I wanted to see if I could beat this 150x2x8 Hammer Preacher Curls 35s x 3x 8 No ab work today because everything I tried to do I felt it in my hamstring so I just shut it down and went home. Possible yard work today though

Solid Squat Progression! Tweaked my hammy a little bit yesterday, just massage it and roll it out. Use the R.I.C.E. method if after 2days if it doesn't feel better.
