(Note: All weight in KGs) Legs & Calves & Abs: Squats: I normally don't record PRs in my cut but hey it's still a personal best even when I was bulking! PR's! 60x10 110x10 (2.30-3min rest between next) 117.5x7 (2.30-3min rest between next) 117.5x7 (2.30-3min rest between next) 117.5x7 (2.30-3min rest between next) 60x12 Front Squats: Took these out this week, probably keep them out too. Stiff Legged Deadlift: 40x12 (1min rest between next) 75x8 (1.30min rest between next) 75x8 (1.30min rest between next) 75x8 Leg Press: 117.5x10 (1min rest between next) 117.5x10 (1min rest between next) 117.5x10 Calf Raise: 80x20 (1min rest between next) 80x20 (1min rest between next) 80x20 Dumbbell Calf Raise: PR's 30x10 (1min rest between next) 30x10 (1min rest between next) 30x10 Comments: Pretty strong session I upped the weight in everything.Also I went for a sprinting session before hand at a nearby track, well about 1km away, so jogged there and then did some warm-ups etc and sprints and back to do me weights Didn't do abs today will do tomorrow, I did enough today! lol
