Cardio = Snow Shoveling

Diet

175 grams of carbs

Meal 1 - Potato and chicken. Flax Seed Oil, Fish Oil, Multivitamin.
Meal 2 - Whey shake.
Meal 3 - Potato and chicken.
Meal 4 - Whey shake. Flax Seed Oil, Fish Oil, Multivitamin.
Meal 5 - Rice and chicken with uber veggies.
Meal 6 - Tuna. Glutamine, Vitamin E, Vitamin C.

2 BCAA tabs with some meals. Beef aminos with some meals.

Workout Grade: A-

Workout Time: No clue. Lost track

A decent workout. Not the best sleep this weekend. Was in the ER most of the night Thursday with my daughter, and the snowstorm this weekend had me up early shoveling and blowing snow.

Still advanced in weight, including the 20 rep squat. Microloading on most lifts. Squat is +5.

Military presses felt crazy easy.
