October 14th, 2010: Shoulders Weight Target = Plus 0.3 pounds Supplements: --Pre-workout: Anabolic Impac --Protein Powder: MGN Cinnamon Bun --Test Booster: AromX-RD by Advanced Muscle Scince --Others: Scivation Xtend and Essential FA. Multivitamin and joint supplement. Diet Notes: No birthday cake for me yesterday. Had 2 green apples instead. Today's Workout Workout Time: 41 minutes Workout Grade: A- Daily Cardio: NADA Front delts were a bit tight yet from this week's incline presses and dips. Had a good tricep pump today. My left shoulder has been a bit tender for the last 2 months and one arm dumbbell presses were a little more difficult with that arm. I finished the reps so I can't complain. One Arm Overhead Dumbbell Press 85 x 5 85 x 5 85 x 5 Seated Military Press 185 x 8 185 x 7 185 x 6 185 x 6 185 x 5

And 2100 calories must be a hell of a challenge. I know the 1950 or so for me is proving to be tough. But perseverance will pay off when you dominate the stage!

Thanks Andy. The hardest part of the day is about 7pm. At that point I eat apples and pickles.

You will. Crush yourself while you're young. As you get old, at least for me, volume work kills me at times. Lift hard while your hormones are strong. By 22 you will be huge.
I've always been more of a low-volume, almost all compound lifts trainee.
