diets suck!!!!!!
i made all the food then had to watch everyone eat it. i ate at 3, 6, and 9 and each time i allowed myself one small spoonful of stuffing and potato's. and if i took small enuff bites it would take two bites instead of one to get it down. but i did eat three big slabs of turkey breast which were delicious. i managed to make it through the day not putting on a pound. how did you do? |

I maintained weight. I got hungry later in the day, but chewed on gum and had chicken with a bit of salsa to hold me over.

Multivitamin and joint supplement. Today's Workout Workout Time: 85 minutes Workout Grade: A- Hit a fullbody and felt strong on all lifts. Lowered my squat weight so I could hit 20 reps. Now that I can hit 20, I am going to build up the weight when possible. Bench Press 150 x 5 200 x 5 250 x 5 250 x 5 250 x 5 Barbell Rows 150 x 5 200 x 5 250 x 5 250 x 5 250 x 5 Seated Military Press 110 x 5 145 x 5 180 x 5 180 x 5 180 x 5 Squats 200 x 20 Sumo RDLs 225 x 5 295 x 5 355 x 5 Barbell Curls - 5 minutes *Rest-pause with no specific time between sets 65 x 10/7/6/5/5/5/5 = 43 total reps
